Well, I started lifting stuff at an early age. I’ve messed around with all types of lifting. Currently I train to get stronger, faster and more mobile and agile.
I enjoy using a variety of implements in my training and use such things as tires, hammers, rocks, kegs, barbells, kettlebells, bodyweight, jumping, running, slosh pipes, etc. to build toughness, eliminate weak areas and create the ability to push on when others quit.
I enjoy helping others learn and do the same.
