Secrets to Mastering the Bent Press - $47

Are you confused between performing a bent press
verses a side press? Did you
know that there are actually three methods of performing the
side press?
Do you know how to one arm press properly? Is the
windmill something you imagine as a wind driven water pump?
If you are serious about
getting stronger, tougher and more
resilient, incorporating these exercises on a regular basis is
vital.
They toughen and harden the body, provide greater
flexibility and help to “injury-proof” the body.
If you are in any full contact
sport,
you are cheating yourself if you do not become
adept at using these lifts in your training.
Anyone who has spent any amount of time perfecting
these lifts and progressing to heavier weights knows that in addition
to
toughening the body, they also test a person’s
mental resolve and fortitude.
This digital download is a complete, progressive
system that focuses on helping any trainee to
master the one arm press, the windmill,
the three variations of the side press and the bent
press. By carefully reading, studying the pictures and applying the
principles
through hard work, you too can become a master of
these great exercises. And you will know how to teach others these lifts
if that is your desire.
This publication is designed to
help you get the most out of these lifts. It will demonstrate how to use
kettlebells, barbells, rope, chain and stretch bands to get the most out of the
mentioned lifts, so you can build a tougher you.
It starts with the basics of these
lifts and progressively builds on them, leaving no
stone unturned in helping you unleash your full potential
on mastering them.
But I have to warn you, you may not like what you read and
see.
Why?
Well, if you are afraid of trying or learning new
exercises,
if you are afraid to work hard and exert yourself under heavy
iron,
if you are afraid to sweat and put in the time to get stronger and
tougher:
this book is not for you!
" IF" you are one of the very
few who look forward
to testing yourself against the iron in your quest
to
become stronger, tougher and ready for anything,
then this downloadable digital
program can help you reach your goals faster----- how fast is up to you.
But, you and I know, that is a big "IF". Very few
people are willing to put forth the effort needed to get strong and
tough.
They want "easy" programs they can follow
while they watch TV sipping a diet soda as they use their treadmill or
easy-glyder. They don't want to learn or do tough exercises.
They don't want tough. But that isn't you or I.
We thrive on tough workouts. We are one of
the few and as simple as these lifts may be, as you gain in strength and
lift heavier weights, they get tough!
But hey, you wouldn't have it any other way, would you?
I didn't think so!
I'm sure you know what you want out of
your training and are the type of person who is willing to put in the
time and effort needed to
improve yourself. Otherwise you would not have read this far.
If that describes you, then you'll love this
program!
This 105 page book contains 149
pictures and additional illustrations to help you hone your
technique.
This manual contains information that top trainers
use in instructing others to perform these lifts. (And some techniques that they
may not even be
aware of!)
It is a veritable toolbox of techniques you can use
to perfect your form or use to teach others.
It is full of tips and techniques for tension,
stretching, wedging, breathing, foot placement and so much more!
About the many pictures this program contains:
All of the pictures were taken in one take. I did
not take 10-20 pictures of every little move to get just the right
picture, sifting through them all to put them in sequence so I looked like
the trainer of the century.
I did have to take some pictures on a
different day. Ran out of daylight. But the pictures are clear and even
contain arrows, lines and circles to help highlight what you should or should
not be doing.
In some of the pictures you will actually see
where I have made slight mistakes. I put these pictures in the product
anyway, because, first off I'm not perfect.
And second, this way you can actually see where you
might have slight problems too (because these mistakes are very common)
and be more aware
of how to avoid them.
You get to actually learn from my mistakes! Those
mistakes are pointed out in the pictures and text. My goal is to help you
become the best you can be in these lifts.
